RFI - Framework agreement for the distribution of newsletters.

Nye Veier plans to establish a framework agreement for a cloud based service for the distribution of newsletters by email and possibly SMS. In addition to providing the service, the tenderer must assist with developing the newsletters, maintenance of the deliveries from Nye Veier, adapting the newsletters to our visual expression, seeing the newsletters in connection with social media and our websites. Nye Veier uses newsletters by email for information on some of our projects. We are looking at the possibility to offer newsletters to more target groups, for example, our suppliers. The intention of this RFI is to receive feedback from relevant suppliers and map what services exist in the market, so that the contracting authority is able to identify possible solutions and suppliers that can offer the services mentioned in the document that is attached to this notice.
