The Finnish Defence Force Logistics Command requests your best quotation for the physics based software package (SW) to simulate the response of electro-optical (EO) sensors operating within an EO band of 200 nm — 15 μm in synthetic environments. The SW shall be capable of simulating single band and hyperspectral sensors. The SW shall include tools to generate physics based synthetic environments including terrains, objects, atmosphere, sky radiance and EO countermeasures by the end-user. The software must also have an optional side enabling the simulation of the radio-frequency (RF) sensors from the same synthetic environment. The offer must also include training, support, maintenance and updates. The offered package shall be demonstrated by 30.9.2019. The demonstration time will be scheduled with the sellers whose products fullfills all critical requirements.
