The Embassy of Switzerland in Athens has the requirement for a suitably qualified and licensed contractor to provide Security Guarding Services at the offices of the Swiss Embassy and the Ambassador's residence. The scope of the services includes, but is not limited to: a) The surveillance of and access control to the Embassy's premises in order to defer attacks and willful damage to people and premises. b) The surveillance and patrolling of the Ambassador's residence premises in order to defer attacks and willful damage to people and premises. c) The control of access to the premises by visitors. d) The communication between the premises by means of a radio or a mobile network (mobile phone) linking all the premises to a central operations center to be staffed by operators from the company. e) The immediate intervention and if necessary alerting police authorities to any of the premises in the event of an incident. f) Provide instantly, regularly or on demand security information and security assessments in order to ensure adequate measures are taken to fulfill the tasks as mentioned above.
