Boligbygg Oslo KF [the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing] is a municipal company that owns, manages and develops housing on behalf of Oslo municipality. The purpose of the call for tenders is to enter into a 2-year agreement for the deliveries of cable TVs and broadband for 112 of the properties in Boligbygg's [the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing] portfolio. There are approx. 5 000 subscribers in these properties. The supplier must offer a basic package of fixed Norwegian channels with the possibility of choosing additional streaming services, and broadband 15 Mbit. The supplier shall be responsible for the administration of decoders/modems and hold the financial risk for all costs associated with damaged/lost equipment.
