Market conference — telephony system.

The Norwegian National Institute of Occupational Health (STAMI) — hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to hold a competition for a new telephony system. The contracting authority is at a crossroads and would like tenders for a complete telephony system, which shall be reliable with as little down time and operational challenges as possible. Relevant tenderers are invited to a market conference on Tuesday 27 September, 9:00-10:00 at STAMI, Gydas vei 8, Majorstuen, 0363 Oslo. Time will be set aside to meet with the individual tenderers who so wish, after the joint meeting. The agenda for the conference will be: 1. Briefing on the Contracting Authority and the upcoming competition; 2. Review and discussion of the requirement specification; 3. Orientation about progress; 4. Brief information about KGV the electronic competition implementation tool); 5. Miscellaneous. Registration should be sent to roy@innkjopskontoret.no by Monday 16.9.2016, 12:00. This must state who shall represent the tenderer and if the tenderer wants an individual meeting with the specialist group after the joint meeting.
