Lot 1. The services required include project management, administrative and operational support (onsite and/or offsite). Key deliverables will include analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and support and maintenance. Regular status updates will be an essential requirement. The nature of the projects involved will cover a wide range of areas such as the mapping, simplification and automation of administrative processes throughout the University. Projects may involve single or multiple functions in areas such as Administration, Faculties and subsidiaries of UL Lot 2. The programme management services required include the management, reporting and review of a series of projects related to service improvements. The emphasis will be on aligning multiple projects to achieve the program goals. Programs may involve single or multiple functions in areas such as Administration, Faculties and subsidiaries of UL. The establishment of the Framework is intended to identify a panel of suppliers that in the future can carry out specific projects designed to make the University of Limerick more effective and efficient with a focus on Simplification and standardisation or processes. Key areas to be addressed include the simplification and standardisation of administrative processes in areas such as Administration, Faculties and subsidiaries of UL.
