Nordre Follo Municipality, hereafter defined as the contracting authority, will, on behalf of Nordre Follo, Ås, Frogn and Nesodden Municipalities, enter into a framework agreement for ventilation services and material. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The Municipalities' buildings mainly consist of schools, nurseries, nursing homes and office buildings. There is a mixture of old and new ventilation installations. The Municipalities have a total of 530 ventilation installations, of which 12 are for swimming pools.
