IMC 087 - supply of frozen meat, poultry and fish products.

This is a framework agreement on behalf of Shire Services (Shropshire Council's Catering Organisation)for the provision of frozen individually portioned or individually quick frozen meat, poultry and fish products to various establishments in Shropshire, Hereford & Worcester, North Wales & Walsall and potentially further locations within the UK. Please note delivery will be made through the Authorities Distributor (currently 3663). The minimum delivery into 3663 will be one pallet. You may also be required to deliver pallets of mixed products into 3663. You must be able to provide a range of meat and poultry products that meet Farm Assured Standards, preferably Red Tractor or EU equivalent. A variety of fish Products should conform to Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) standards. This framework arrangement will commence on 1.1.2014 for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years.
