This response will minimise duplication and offer streamlined pathways moving away from complexity and negativity and towards futures built on peoples' positive assets and skills equipping them to live independent and healthy lives within their own communities. Commissioners want to explore an innovative and integrative approach to supporting people with their complex issues to live independent and healthier lives. Commissioners want to pioneer a creative and flexible response for people experiencing 1 or a number of issues. This tender opportunity is looking for creative and collaborative partners who are fully prepared to work with us and our partners to understand and meet these future challenges.
