Framework agreement for cleaning services and window cleaning

The Norwegian Parliament shall procure a framework agreement for periodic and ad hoc cleaning of its buildings. In addition, there will be a need for window cleaning after 1.8.2018. The cleaning particularly involves: 1) Spring cleaning kitchens, 2) Carpet cleaning, 3) Periodic and ad hoc cleaning, 4) Final cleaning connected with moving in the Norwegian Parliament's office premises, cleaning after moving, etc., 5) Cleaning ad hoc after, for example, dust intrusion, construction work, 6) Building cleaning, 7) Window cleaning (after 1.8.2018).
