Project name: CroControl ANS System Upgrade Project Country: Republic of Croatia Business sector: Transport Project ID: 6499-IFT-42754 Funding source: EBRD Type of contract: Supply and Installation Type of notice: Invitation for Tenders Issue date: 5 October, 2011 Closing date: 21 November, 2011 at 10:00 hours (Local time) This invitation for tender follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on EBRD website, 'Procurement Opportunities' on April 5, 2011. Croatia Control Ltd (the Employer), has applied for a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and towards the cost of its Air Navigation System Upgrade project. As part of the Project the Employer will install a Network Management System. The Employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following Contracts to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: Supply and Installation of Network Management System (NMS). The Contract comprises detailed validated system design for network management, delivery of hardware and software, installation, set - up and integration of the NMS into the Employer's network and training of Employer's personnel. Tenderers shall meet the following minimum criteria: (i) successful experience as prime contractor in supply, installation and putting into operation of at least three fault and performance management systems of the same or higher functionality, complexity and size as detailed in Volume III of the tender documents, in last five years; (ii) have professional and technical skilled personnel required for the implementation of the Contract; (iii) have ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent Quality Management System Certificate; (iv) tenderers shall demonstrate that they have access to, or have available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit and other financial means sufficient to meet the cash flow for the contract for a period of 6 months, taking into account the tenderer's commitments for other Contracts; (v) tenderers shall demonstrate their legal entity status (vi) tenderers shall provide accurate information on any current or past litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or under execution by them over the last five years. Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from all countries. The proceeds of the Bank's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. In both cases, evidence on the payment (a copy or photo-copy of the payment slip) shall be presented when picking-up the Tender Documents. Payment of the 370.00 HRK may be made in cash at the CCL's Cashier's Office (08-11h and 12-15 h) as well. Tenderers wishing the documents delivered by Courier shall bear the delivery cost.
