Stortingets administrasjon has decided that in its strategy and plans e-learning shall be used together with other learning methods. The Norwegian Parliament would therefore like to cover its need for e-learning services through this procurement of a learning portal, author tool and assistance for the preparation of and consultancy within e-learning programmes.
