An Post needs to define how the ‘Making Better Happen’ brand platform translates into a clear, distinctive and actionable brand positioning for the An Post Mobile business category. While the master brand positioning sets an overarching direction for the company, it has not yet been interpreted or expressed at a category level. This project will determine what the brand positioning means specifically for An Post Mobile — clarifying the role the category plays in delivering on the overall brand promise, and how it should manifest in market communications, experiences, and behaviours.
