The Contracting Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced energy providers in respect of the two advertised lots as follows: — Lot 1 – provision of grant funding only, or, — Lot 2 – provision of grant funding and undertaking works to housing stock to make energy savings, including but not limited to wall insulation, render/cladding, provision of double glazed windows and doors, loft insulation, replacement of heating systems, replacement of boilers and associated controls and district heating systems, and providing advice on energy saving ideas in connection with the Community Energy Saving Programme and/or other similar present or future carbon reduction incentive schemes as further described in the descriptive document.
