Instead of: III.2.3) Technical capacity: 1. Application for participation. List of documents contained in the application; 2. Short presentation of the company; 3. List of major contracts completed during the last 5 years, including the place of performance, values and Contracting Authorities; 4. References for activities performed related to the subject of the tender as follows: — At least one reference for successfully carried out modification of lignite fired boiler for reduction of level of NOx emissions by primary measures below the 200mg / Nm3 (normalized at 6 % O2) feeding power turbine with a capacity greater than 200MW. At least 5 references for successfully carried out modification of boilers (in different power plants) by primary measures for reduction of NOx emission levels below 200mg / Nm3 (normalized at 6 % O2) in addition to the reference required in the preceding paragraph, — At least 2 references for successful modifications of boilers in power plants on the territory of the European Union to demonstrate knowledge of European standards and regulations, — At least 2 references must be for activities performed during the last 5 years, — At least 1 reference demonstrating the candidate's ability to perform detailed design of Combustion Technology Engineering; 5. Certificate under Quality Management System under ISO 9001 6. Document certifying the purchasing of the documentation by the participant. The price of the documentation is 240 EUR incl. VAT. 7. Document certifying the deposit of a participation guarantee. 8. Declaration regarding the use of subcontractors.
