Home Group Limited (HGL) wish to procure a Contract for the provision of various repairs and maintenance works and services including the following: — responsive repairs, — void works, — service and heating repairs, — planned maintenance. This list is not exhaustive and HGL reserves the right to appoint further works and services of a similar nature to the above works and services at its discretion during the Contract term. For more details on the works and services included in the Contract please refer to the tender documents. The Contract will be for an initial period of 7 years with an option to extend for a further period of 7 years at HGL’s discretion. It is envisaged that the Contract will initially cover approximately 9,800 properties in the South East, which covers London and Greater London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex, parts of Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Suffolk. These units are split between general needs housing and supported units. Further details are contained in the procurement documents.
