ISIS Vacuum Disc Chopper Drives.

The STFC Pulsed Neutron and Muon Source Facility, ISIS, at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory requires a supplier of reliable, Neutron Disc Chopper Drive Systems that will operate within a vacuum and accommodate the existing chopper payloads, which are designed and manufactured by STFC. These systems need to be able to synchronise to the ISIS Neuron Pulse, fitted with magnetic bearings, and have a high level of control, as described in the Tender Specification.
