Kystverket would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement, installation, service and operation of visibility and wind gauges in order to make an internal system with sensors along the coast. In addition Kystverket would like a web system and a system for SMS/APP. Kystverket would like the web/SMS/APP system to be made available for the operative persons in Kystverket. In the long term, the system could be opened up for free use for all those at sea.
