The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for technical ventilation work for Avinor Flysikring Røyken. The tenderer/tenderers who are awarded a framework agreement will assist with the delivery of different types of technical ventilation work for renovation and alteration work at the control centre in Røyken. The control centre in Røyken was built and completed in 1991. An upgrade programme has now started that will upgrade the technical ventilation installations over time. There will be some call-offs for work under the framework agreement relatively soon after the award of contract. There can also be call-offs during the framework agreements if needed for other electrotechnical installation work, service assignments, etc., including at the control centre in Røyken and at other installations in the Østland area owned by the contracting authority. The procurement is security graded, cf. FOSA §§1-3 (1) b, as tenderers will have access to security graded information, as well as objects worthy of being shielded. Personnel who will carry out the work must be security cleared at the stated security level.
