This tender is issued by SURFnet, a wholly owned subsidiary of 'SURF' cooperative, and is targeted to acquire a Cloud Management Platform (CMP) solution. Please refer to RFP document ‘SURFnet Cloud Managment Platform — tender 2019’ available for download at the Negometrix portal. That document contains all available information in relation to the submission, contractual conditions, and other aspects of the tender procedure. The purpose of this tender procedure is to select a contractor who will deliver and innovate a CMP solution; a full on-premises solution to be installed and run on SURFnet’s (virtualized) hardware/infrastructure. The contractor is the bidder who best contributes to the objectives of SURF/SURFnet to deliver a best value for money, i.e. the most advantageous bidder.
