Contract for operator services, landline telephony. The contract shall also allow for a gradual reduction of the current landline telephony system, and a gradual increase of mobile systems. The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation (NAV) consists of the Labour and Welfare Department and the parts of the municipalities' socal services that are included in the joint local offices. Two other competitions will also be announced this year within telephony. 1. The procurement of operational services for NAV's internal system for landline telephony. 2. The procurement of mobile telephony services. In addition a competition will be announced for video conference services.
