The Government of Malta wishes to develop an acceleration programme for start-ups in Malta. The accleration programme is intended to achieve the following objectives within Government's strategy and vision: a) increase innovationin the economy and bring about more economic development, b) create a holisitic start-up ecosystem with the collaboration of the private sector, c) increase the number of both local and foreign start-ups in the market, d) attract and retain more entrepreneurs from abroad, e) to encourage and leverage private sector investment.
