Glasgow City Council wishes to engage an suitabley qualified specialist provider for a ‘Cycle to Work’ Scheme using the annual tax exemption introduced by the 1999 Finance Act which allows employers to loan cycles and cyclists’ safety equipment to employees as a tax free benefit.
