Printing and distribution services. This contract is for the delivery of East End Life, the free weekly community newspaper for Tower Hamlets published by the council. East End Life is a 36-52 page tabloid newspaper with a 99,000 print run and an 82,656 ABC audited door to door distribution. Bidding distributors must be committed to maintaining an ABC audit and to transparent live tracking of distributors. It is also for all other marketing communications materials published by Tower Hamlets council and distributed to households and other buildings across the borough from time to time. The contract term shall initially be for 3 years.
