The object of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for national travel documents. The national travel documents shall be in accordance with Decree 2252/2004.1. See the Commission’s decision (2006) 2909 and ICAO Document 9303. National travel documents refers to the following in this relation: — ordinary passport, — emergency passport, — ePass, — diplomatic passport, — service passport, — special passport, — immigrant's passports, — refugee travel documents. Certain parts of the tender procedure, exclusive production of national travel documents, will be included as an option for the awarding authority. This will be clarified in the tender documents that will be sent out to the selected participants. If the awarding authority chooses not to apply the options within this procedure, the awarding authority reserves the right to procure other parts of the contract at later a time. It is a requirement that the Norwegian travel documents be personalized in Norway, there is no corresponding requirement for the production of travel documents.
