Parts of the steel structures must as part of the works be detail designed by the contractor. Works also contain design, production, delivery and mounting of approximately 17 500 m 2 concrete elements. This also includes of concrete on concrete elements. Works also include design, production, delivery and mounting of leight weight walls and shafts for elevators and staircases up to 85 m. Concrete elements are part of the roof of the new energy plant and deck slabs in the connected administration building. Besides concrete elements the roof works also include membrane and insulation works. The building covers a surface area of 60 x 205 m and is 90 m high at its highest point. The Chimney is connected to the west facade. The top of the chimney is at level +128. Applicants can require a project description by contacting MOE A/S. See annex A.
