Provision of Water System Legionella Risk Assessment Services

To carry out suitable and sufficient legionella risk assessments of water systems, in approximately 220 buildings and premises belonging to UCL, over a two year period (approximately 110 properties a year) to identify and assess the risk of exposure to the Legionella bacteria to include the carrying out and completion of HSE ACOP L8 (Fourth edition) risk assessments, preparing and submitting detailed reports following the risk assessments and inspections; preparation and provision of schematic drawings; control measures including lodging of assessments and remedial actions required on UCLs on-line compliance database (Zetasafe 2), full compliance with all legislation, codes of practice and British and European standards, and advice on any precautionary measures required. The following two years to be used to review the assessments carried out in the initial two years.
