Contract for the procurement and maintenance of software for planning cleaning. The maintenance contract will be valid for as long as the product is in use, but after the contract has run for 4 years consideration will be given at regular intervals as to whether a new competition will be held. The stated value is based on the procurement, implementation and maintenance for 4 years. The software shall be drawing based with easy options to change the drawings directly in the software, which are automatically updated between the planning, drawing and calculations. The system shall be easy to log on to, easy to use and it shall be in Norwegian. Daily, periodic and spring cleaning calculations shall be possible with time and price calculations as well as the generation of different types of relevant reports. It shall be easy to print out drawings with colour codes as well as transfer them to tablets for the cleaners to use. The programme shall include an adjustable planning function for work distribution, changing room types, work methods and procedures. Each individual cleaner shall have a tablet as a work tool with drawings over their area to register work assignments and deviations can be registered. It shall also be possible to send internal messages to the manager.
