Datatilsynet is modernising its archive system in autumn 2015 (Public 360 from Software Innovation) by implementing support for digital communication in and out by using the pubilc joint components, implementing an archive divide and going over to an official electronic archive, as well as upgrading the archive system to the latest version of the system. This involves the procurement of additional modules for our existing product, a version upgrade and adaptation of the system so that it functions with our network architecture. The upgrade is necessary to comply with the government's digitalisation requirements and so as to have a modern and efficient archive and communication system. The most important part of the contract is the procurement of consultancy hours for implementing the upgrade and installing and adapting Public360 and the accompanying modules. The upgrade will be carried out by the existing supplier Software Innovation. The procurement is partly maintenance and modernisation of the existing system and partly an expansion of the existing system with components that were not available or known when the archive system was procured. The procurement does not include replacing the archive system.
