Tamar Bridge and Torpoint Ferry Painting, Paint Inspection and Maintenance Support Services Contract

There are many routine and ad hoc maintenance requirements, with a range of regular key tasks and requirements, including, but not limited to: — inspection support for TBTF bridge inspectors, — contract support services: paint inspection, rope access inspection, ferry operations, — maintenance painting to buildings, structures or ferries, — minor structural repairs: replacing damaged drainage, parapet mesh panels and more, — debris clearance/litter picking, — rope access services: painting, difficult access inspections, inspection support, — provision of other specials access requirements: access towers, mobile platforms, — confined space work, — vegetation clearance, — general labour support: ferry chain replacement, ferry gantry maintenance, — overnight or weekend working requirements. The appointed Contractor will be expected to undertake primary responsibility for carrying out all of the aforementioned activities, as directed by TB&TF staff.
