County Durham and Darlington Sexual Health service provides sexual health screening, treatment and advice across the a county-wide area in a range of settings including community clinics, hospitals, colleges and youth groups. A system with the capability of being developed to provide full EPR is required long-term but the immediate solution sought is an IT system that meets the National statistical collection requirements for SRHAD, GUM and Chlamydia screening. The electronic system needs to be user-friendly, have robust supplier support and training and have the ability to meet the range of functions listed in the Output Based Specification. This contract may be utilised by NHS organisations aligned to County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation. Trust (CDDFT). This could include other NHS bodies (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia now or in the future) along with any other NHS bodies which CDDFT deems necessary now or in the future for the delivery of the required goods/ services to NHS bodies, local authorities, other government departments or non-departmental public bodies charged with the delivery of healthcare or health related services.
