A summary of this tenders scope is as follows: 1) Towage of the vessel from her moorings on the River Itchen to a suitable lift out location on the Solent. 2) Lift out of the vessel onto the free supply transportation cradle, ensuring the site can accommodate the proposed barge. 3) Transportation of the vessel via the barge from the lift out location to Hartlepool, ensuring compliance with MCA and Port requirements en route. 4) On arrival at Hartlepool, the ship and transportation cradle to be lifted from the barge and transported via road to NMRN Hartlepool. 5) Secure the vessel in the car park of NMRN Hartlepool.
