Translink provides public transport services across Northern Ireland. Passenger facilities which include shops, cafes, ATMs, vending as well as fixed site advertising opportunities, are located across the current estate with the main provision in the Greater Belfast area. Gross Revenue generated from the existing portfolios is approximately 1 000 000 GBP per annum. 2 key objectives are to maximise ancillary income and develop future commercial opportunities derived from the 75 bus and rail stations across the network and other property holdings including office spaces,depots/workshops, retail units, fixed advertising sites and greenfield / unused land. Objective 2 Translink's secondary objective is to minimise the internal overhead associated with the management of its commercial estate, including all 75 stations, other properties, and other asset classes.
