The object of the concession has a certain concession territory in the amount of 2 376 517 m 2 according to the areas of the PI, specified in the issued acts for public state property, respectively 2 376 464 m 2 . according to the areas of the GOI, indicated in the issued sketches, described in detail in the concession documentation and including: 1) land properties and buildings — public state property; 2) facilities and adjacent infrastructure; 3) properties and things - public state property, representing buildings, facilities and systems of the visual aeronautical means (lighting technical provision), located on the territory of Plovdiv airport; 4) Buildings, facilities and equipment, which will be constructed and/or installed by the concessionaire at his risk and with his funds under conditions and by order, determined in the concession contract.
