In this market sounding exercise, the Department invites companies to provide information on their offering in order to help the Department to: — Understand the market landscape; — Understand geographical spread and number of agent locations required; — Understand companies' approaches and offerings to enrolling applications, including for children, infants and multiple family applications; — Understand how the proposed solution or offering could manage the seasonality of passport applications; — Understand potential delivery and service models; — Understand potential technology approaches; — Understand potential cost models. For the purposes of this market sounding exercise the Department would like to hear from companies that provide similar application enrolment offerings and services.
