UCD wishes to establish a single service provider framework for the provision of campus and event stewarding services (‘the Services”), as described in the qualification questionnaire. UCD is issuing this notice and the accompanying qualification questionnaire inviting expressions of interest as the first stage of a two-stage process under the restricted procedure. The purpose of the first stage is to obtain information from candidates to determine their suitability on the basis of financial capacity, organisation capacity and relevant experience to carry out the contract. Suitable candidates will be shortlisted and it is envisaged that the top five scoring suitably qualified candidates will be invited to tender for the award of the single operator framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) as described in the qualification questionnaire document. Further information regarding the Framework Agreement can be found in the Qualification Questionnaire document (also available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie).
