BFK Eiendom shall rent a temporary module building for Rosthaug 6 th form college, Department Buskerud in Modum municipality. The building shall be used as temporary teaching and office premises from winter 2015 to summer 2017, with an option to extend the rental contract for up to 3 months. The total surface area shall be approx. 450 m 2 , with 7 classrooms, 4 office places, 4 WCs, 1 meeting room, 1 broom cupboard and 1 photocopying/pigeonhole room. The building must be designed in accordance with TEK 10 and it must be dimensioned for a maximum of 110 persons.
