Description of the Project Developing a travel app with personal and social features is an important objective for Eurail Group G.I.E. This market orientation aims to identify suitable parties that will be invited to make offer for carrying out the Discovery Phase for the PACT (Personal App for Connecting Travellers) project. The key functional requirements for this mobile app are: — Enhance the travel experience of Eurail/Interrail Pass customers with relevant social app features; — Integration with other IT solutions, including e-ticketing, tracking travel behaviour, and European railway timetable, to create one face to customers; — Offer features and functions offline and online to ensure the best user-experience; — Track app usage data and ensure cohesive reporting to Eurail.
