DSB wishes to conclude a co-operation agreement with SBB AG, Switzerland, (“SBB”) with the purpose of knowledge sharing and competency development re. purchase of rolling stock for public transportation, including acquisition of complete tender documents and counseling related to such documents. SBB has recently acquired rolling stock in accordance with the EU regulation on public procurement. The co-operation agreement gives DSB the opportunity to gain an insight in the experience and know-how developed in SBB. At the same time, the co-operation agreement gives SBB the opportunity to maintain and further develop its knowledge and skills based on DSB's experience gathering, which will allow SBB to maintain and improve its competencies and position for future acquisitions of rolling stock.
