CBC Residents Index — Master Data Management System

The Council is looking to implement an externally hosted Master Data Management (MDM) solution that can provide a single view of resident data which can be used to support CBC savings and customer service programmes. The MDM solution will be used to build a Residents Index of Central Bedfordshire residents consisting of regular feeds from 19 datasets. These feeds will come from both internal and external systems with an initial focus on targeting housing fraud. We are looking for a 5 year contract for this service, with a potential 2 year extension.
