Radio spectrum monitoring system

The object of the procurement was a professional radio spectrum monitoring system, which includes radio receivers, control units and software components. The Monitoring System will be used by FICORA (Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority) to monitor the spectrum usage on a pre-defined geographical area. Procurement includes equipment and software delivery, installations, testing and commissioning to FICORA's ICT environment. Commissioning is considered also to include user training. FICORA arranges the installation premises, network connections and electric power for the receivers and servers.
