The Supply of Inlet Screens and Screenings Handling Equipment

The scope of requirements to be performed under this Kit Framework includes, but is not limited to the storage of, the design and supply of, fabrication of, the delivery of, the off-loading of, undertake site post installation check for quality compliance, and provide reporting on the on-site compliance and the commissioning of new inlet fine screens, powered and non-powered coarse screen and screenings handling equipment within United Utilities Limited. All screens and screenings handling equipment shall be warranted and shall comply with the relevant industry, British and European Standards. The typical scope of work shall be carried out on, but not limited to, the following equipment associated with small, medium and large: Inlet Screens: Coarse screen, Fine screen, Band screen (6 mm 2D), Drum screen, Combined screen / screenings treatment equipment. Screening Handling Equipment: Conveyor, Screw Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Launder Trough, Screw Compactor, Washer Compactor, Tank wash systems. The scope of supply and services shall be utilised on all United Utilities Limited treatment works, networks and pumping stations respectively.
