The works consist of the construction of 4 number 5 person 3 bed general needs houses with engineering services and external site work. Works are located at Springfield Road, Belfast. The contract will be for approximately 10 months from the date of award and is scheduled to start in March 2012. It is expected that all homes built under this contract will achieve Secure By Design and will achieve a minimum of Code for sustainable homes level 3.
