The Council wishes to establish a framework for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) electrical generating systems including installation and connection on public buildings/commercial properties within the Dumfries and Galloway Council area. Site sizes covered by this framework will be around 30kw-120kw. The Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors on work of this type and size will be considered for appointment to the framework.MCS accreditation is also a pre-requisite. Work will be allocated under each call-off at the Council's discretion. Call-off contracts will be awarded following a mini-competition based on specified evaluation criteria. The proposed first phase call off will be included in the ITT for this framework. The call off contracts under the framework will include maintenance obligations and some may include an option for the training of Council staff.
