The specific objective (outcome) of this project is to increase the capacities of all levels of government in Bosnia and Herzegovina for full introduction of program budgeting so that link between economic policy priorities and strategic/medium-term planning and budgeting is strengthened. The aim is to accomplish this with the new software for budget planning and reporting in program format and training programme format.
