Home Group Limited is seeking to appoint appropriate suppliers to framework agreements for the supply and distribution of materials for property maintenance works on a national basis. These materials include: — Boilers and Boiler Components (including flues); — Heating Controls; — Radiators; — Radiator Valves; — Magnetic Filters; — Heating System Components; — Electric Fires and Surrounds; — Bathroom Components; — Taps; — Electric Showers; — Bathroom Misc; — Adapted Bathroom Components; — Lighting Products; — Extraction and Ventilation Fans; — Smoke and CO detectors; — Electric Storage Heaters; — Kitchens; — Internal Wall Finishes; — Internal Floor Finishes; — Door Canopies; — External Wall Insulation; — Composite and UPVC Doors — Timber Doors; — UPVC Windows; — Timber Windows. The materials will be separated into lots. Please note, contracts awarded through this process will be for supply on a national basis, supply for a lot will not be split regionally, and so tenderers responding to this opportunity must be able to provide goods and any associated services nationally within the timescales prescribed in the specification document. Home Group reserves the right to externally benchmark the framework. Once framework agreements have been established, it is anticipated that Home Group and the suppliers appointed to the framework will embark on a continuous improvement activity with the objective of achieving a 5 % reduction in acquisition cost for materials supplied through the framework. Home Group reserves the right to utilise KPIs to measure the performance of suppliers appointed to the framework. Supplier performance will be taken into account in the call off procedure.
