The scope and purpose of the procurement: The procurement includes the hire of a consultant which shall work as a general manager/project manager for the Hardangervidda tunnels. The agreement period is from December 2015 to June 2017 and the assignment involves management of the operation of the company. The contract value is up until 1 500 000 NOK per annum, excluding VAT. Moreover, the contracting authority will set aside 400 000 NOK for reviews/organisation of projects related to the company in 2016. See part 2a, requirement specifications, for further information. Tax and VAT certificates (statutory). The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT. Documentation requirement: A certificate showing paid VAT, taxes and social security contributions is required. The certificate shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the tenderer is established (the Norwegian certificate for tax and VAT is common and can be ordered from altinn.no, former RF-1244) in accordance with the laws and regulation in the country of origin. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old.
