Capital Investment for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation

Scottish Water is seeking to appoint strategic contractor partners for SR21 (2021-2027) and support capability development into and throughout SR27 (2027-2033) to support its planned, lower value, generally non-complex capital investment projects, including refurbishment and replacement requirements and our operational reactive repair requirements. The frameworks will be awarded for 2021-27, with extension options, at client discretion based on business requirements, up to 2033. The intention is to award contracts under this framework in four lots: Lot 1 R&M for Infra Water and Waste Water; Lot 2: Capital Investment for Infra and Civils; Lot 3: R&M for M&E; and Lot 4: Capital Investment for MEICA. Estimated value across the four lots for the initial 6-year period is in the range of GBP 1 900 000 000 to GBP 2 300 000 000 and when including the potential 6 year extension period is in the range of GBP 4 300 000 000 to GBP 5 200 000 000 (FY18/19 prices).
