The subject of this tender is the construction of a new Thermal Treatment Facility (TTF) for Hazardous Waste in Malta, and the ensuing decommissioning feasibility options of the existing Thermal Treatment Facility in Marsa (MTTF). The scope of the service involves the feasibility study and recommendation on waste management technology for a new TTF, followed by the design, permitting and preparation of the works and mobile plant call for tenders (Public Works Contract) for the supply, installation and commissioning of a new TTF for the processing of hazardous waste, including project management and supervision during the following defects notification period (DNF).
