Public Library staffless access.

Milton Keynes Council has a requirement for its Public Libraries to operate without staff for additional opening hours and as such is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers who would be interested in providing such a service. It is anticipated that a trial site will be utilised with additional sites being included following successful implementation of the trial. The service must have the technology to maintain and control CCTV, self-service kiosks, public access PC's, lighting, security for the building, customer access, stock and equipment. The service must be able to work in conjunction with the current Milton Keynes Libraries Management System. It is anticipated that a supplier day will be held with interested parties to provide further information prior to a formal tender process being launched. This is yet to be finalised.
